3 christmas trees shaker card

This card is a variation on my 3 trees card. I used the same technique as the other card but used different colours & made it into a shaker card.

Card stock used was stampin up whisper white & cherry cobbler (has now become my favourite red colour). Stamped it with stampin up good greetings "merry christmas" stamp using bon voyage blue colorbox graphic 45 decades stamp pad, then embossed it with my snowflake embossing folder (received free with a magazine).
Punched out the 3 trees spaced equally, traced the 3 tree shapes with pencil onto another piece of white cardstock placed behind.
Stamped the festival of trees stamp inside the traced trees using bon voyage blue ink, erased the pencil lines with a white rubber, stamped the baubles in cherry cobbler, then heat embossed the tinsel with stampin up silver glitter & heat powder.

To make the shaker card I used stampin up window sheets (but any acetate will do). I cut a rectangle shape large enough to fit behind the punched out trees, used snail adhesive (stampin up) & stuck it to the back of the embossed white card making sure to completely cover the three trees.
Cut 3d both sided adhesive strips & stuck it to fit around the rectangle.

Added a sprinkle of twinklets diamond dust equally onto the 3 stamped trees (on cherry cobbler cardstock). Carefully matching up the trees to the cut outs I joined the two together completely sealing the rectangle.

Cut out 3 stars from silver glitter card, used glue dots to stick them on.

This card was a bit fiddly but very easy to do & I believe looks great.
